Noel Dallacco began her professional career as an event planner in 2001 at just 21 years old. As the founder and owner of Here Comes The Planner, she operated a successful event planning business from her Eastchester, New York office—overseeing client experiences, managing budgets, training staff, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers. Through this work, Noel developed a deep understanding of entrepreneurship, operations, and building a business from the ground up.
Her work gained national attention when she was featured on the ABC Family reality show The Perfect Match, where she was portrayed as an event coordinator. Shortly thereafter, in 2005, Noel founded her second venture—Operation PROM (now Operation Prom National Network, Inc.), a nonprofit organization inspired by the bridesmaid dresses she encountered while planning weddings. She envisioned a way to transform once-worn gowns into dream prom attire for students who otherwise could not afford it.
Today, Operation Prom National Network, Inc. has dozens of locations across the United States, providing free prom dresses, tuxedos, and accessories to low-income students so they can attend prom with confidence and dignity. Noel and the organization have been featured in numerous local and national media outlets, including CNN, NBC Nightly News, ABC’s Dateline, Fox’s Good Day New York, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Woman’s Day, Westchester Magazine, and The Journal News.
For over 20 years, Noel has demonstrated visionary leadership in the nonprofit sector, transforming organizations and advancing mission-driven impact. She brings this real-world experience into the classroom as a Chairperson, Professor, and Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Iona University and the College of Westchester, while also leading professional development and entrepreneurship workshops in partnership with the New York and Brooklyn Public Library systems — further empowering the next generation through education, leadership, and opportunity.
